The Seahawks will face a team from New York for the second week in a
row after dropping a 17-12 decision last week to the Giants as the Jets trav-
el to Lumen Field this Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. (PT).
This will be the 20th meeting between the two teams with Seattle hold-
ing an 11-8 advantage and winners of three in a row dating back to the 2008
season. Prior to the three-game streak, the Jets won five in a row from
1995-2004.
New York will be Seattle’s final AFC East opponent this year, looking to
improve its record to 3-1 after defeating New England and Miami earlier
this season.
The Seahawks lost their first home of the season last week and are 5-1
at home and carry a 52-23 record in regular season games during the
months of November - January to close out the season, tops in the NFL.
